1 2-3lb spaghetti squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
olive oil
4 fresh hot Italian sausage links, casing removed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 yellow onion, sliced in half moons
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1/4 cup red wine (I had Chianti, but any flavorful drinking wine will do)
1 small ball of fresh mozzarella, ripped into little pieces, to serve
